WHOLESALE ORDER

• Please fill in the form below if you are interested in buying wholesale from us. 

• Once the form is submitted, we will send you detailed policy and your wholesale code to your email. If you do not hear from us within 2 business days, please kindly email us at info@flexilexi-fitness.com.

• To be eligible for a wholesale order, you will need to order minimum of $3,000 USD (retail price) and receive 50% off from the total. For example, when you have $3,000 USD worth of goods (retail price) in your shopping cart on our website/app, you apply your wholesale code (for 50% off) and you will need to pay $1,500 USD for your total wholesale order.

• We offer FREE express shipping via DHL EXPRESS for all wholesale orders.

• It usually takes 3-5 business days to process wholesale orders once the payment is complete. If the items are out of stock, we will let you know right away.

• We use DHL EXPRESS to ship wholesale orders. The packages will arrive to you within 1-3 business days. 

• Custom taxes for wholesale orders are your own responsibilities. No refunds are eligible for wholesale orders. We, however, will exchange defected items should retailers ship back those items within 7 business days after they receive the package.

• Your order will only be processed once the payment is complete.

• We cannot change items for wholesale orders once the orders are processed.
